Our Services
ScotPsych Medicolegal Services offer provision of expert psychiatric reports in a range of specialist areas, including in relation to the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003, the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000, the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, and for occupational health purposes.
We recognise that these are often required within short timescales, and we endeavour to be as responsive as possible whilst producing high quality reports.

Our Expertise
Our reports are provided by professionals with years of experience in their respective fields.
Our Consultant Psychiatrists are fully qualified and appear on the General Medical Council Specialist Register. All are Members of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in good standing, and are Approved Medical Practitioners as defined by the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.
We are able to undertake a wide range of medicolegal work, and offer particular expertise in Forensic Psychiatry.
